  • Any person participating in mediation agrees to uphold confidentiality, including all discussions, documents, and agreements, in accordance with Quebec laws and best practices.<\/li>\n\n
  • The mediator cannot be compelled to testify or disclose any aspect of the mediation, except as required by law.<\/li>\n\n
  • Mediation does not suspend prescription (legal deadlines) unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    4. Appointment Booking and Payment<\/h2>\n\n

    Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation and, where applicable, payment or deposit. Fees and cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service.
    Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to represent their organization or case during mediation or arbitration.<\/p>\n\n

    If services are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.<\/p>\n\n

    5. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n
