4. Appointment Booking and Payment
Appointments are confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation and, where applicable, payment or deposit. Fees and cancellation terms may vary depending on the type of service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have authority to represent their organization or case during mediation or arbitration.
If services are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, a cancellation fee may apply.
5. Intellectual Property
